Rich is a qualified electrician who has spent the last few years on new-build sites, working on stud walls, second fix and the finishing trades. He sees the houses go up, he sees them get signed off, and he sees what the developer’s recommended snaggers walk past.

That is where this business came from. Week after week, defects Rich would never have accepted on his own work were being missed, painted over or ticked off. He decided the buyers deserved someone on their side who actually knew what a finished house is supposed to look like.

Rich holds a CSCS card, which means he can inspect on live sites before you complete.

Andy runs the business side: your booking, your report, your questions before and after. He has spent twenty years making complicated things clear for a living, which is why our reports are written so that a site manager cannot pretend not to understand them.
