Everything in the standard inspection, plus we open things up.
Non-intrusive as standard. The inspection and follow-up are visual and functional: we look, test and measure, but we don’t remove fixed parts, lift floors or open sealed units. The intrusive inspection does, with your permission and the developer’s where the home is not yet yours, and every part we remove is put back.
Add-ons. Electrical inspection by a qualified electrician from £150. Travel beyond our standard area is quoted. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Five bedrooms or more, homes over about 2,000 square feet, or anything with an annexe or outbuildings. Send us the plot details and we will quote.
We invoice when the inspection is booked and ask for payment before the report is released. Card or bank transfer.
No charge with 48 hours’ notice. Less than that and we charge half, because the slot is lost. If the developer cancels access on the day, we rebook you free.
No. It is there if you want the repairs checked. Most buyers do, because it is the only way to know.
